Refund Policy
Our Refund
To get a refund, simply send an email to fated.aog@gmail.com with your order number and why you want to return the item. This applies to both our custom premium products and most original international products, as long as you contact us within 15 days of your purchase. We’ll take a look once we get the item back, and if it’s in its original, unused condition with all the packaging, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that we don’t refund any shipping costs. Some international products might be non-returnable, so we’ll make sure to point that out on their product page.

We’ll get your order ready to ship within 2 to 3 business days. We ship both within the country and worldwide. You can usually expect your local delivery within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, especially those including products from other suppliers, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for arrival, as it depends on where the supplier is located and how long customs takes. Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking information. Please note that we’re not responsible for delays caused by the shipping companies or customs procedures.
